Established in 1977 by Mans Yousuf, who gained experience working for one of the largest accountancy firm in the UK, called Spain Brothers & Co Chartered Accountants. The Practice first operated in South East London and Kent and then in 1986 it re-located to Market Harborough and now serves a 100 mile radius of the town.

Due to the expansion of MMY Accountancy, it was seen prudent to set up a corporate structure. So in 2005, Solid Rock was birthed. The business serves clients throughout the UK, especially in Leicestershire and Northamptonshire.

In 2007, the eldest son Nathanael Yousuf, joined the team. He is now one of the directors and co-runs the family business.
